May 10, 2017 – SoftServe, one of the biggest export-oriented Ukrainian IT companies, published its first social report, providing a comprehensive overview of company activities in 2015-2016 in the following directions:
- working conditions;
- sustainable professional development;
- social investments and cooperation with state and local authorities;
- development of IT education in locations where the company operates;
- environmental responsibility;
- corporate volunteering and charity.

For the past 24 years, SoftServe has implemented a number of social initiatives and adopted responsible approach toward business management. This year, the company structure was expanded by a separate team, responsible for the development and execution of CSR initiatives; the first SoftServe social report was also designed this year.

SoftServe was actively involved in a great number of initiatives in 2015-2016, among which the development of Prozorro and e-Ukraine platforms, bachelor programs “Internet of Things” at Lviv Polytechnic National University and “Computer Science” at Ukrainian Catholic University, activities implemented by a corporate charity fund “Open Eyes”, internal initiatives SoftServe Kids Matter, Health Week, Donor Day, etc. The details on these and other CSR projects can be found in social report.
