The Сompany VITech is Organizing a Webinar “Retro? I Have Nothing to Say”

Familiar feeling when you come to a retrospective, and everyone is silent? And in this awkward silence, the scrum master is dancing with a drum trying to get a few words from everyone, and your head feels like a vacuum? Or maybe you’re the one who should help the team reflect, but everyone seems to be tongue-tied? This experience has probably happened to everyone. If these situations regularly bother you and you want to say “I have nothing to say” less often at retrospectives, then join the webinar.

• During this meeting, we will discuss the following:
• What are the tasks of a retrospective in general.
• Why people have nothing to say at retrospectives, and whether it’s okay.
• How to prepare for a retrospective on your own and prepare the team.
• Techniques/tools/approaches for conducting an effective retrospective.
• Q&A session.

The webinar will be held on a charitable basis. The organizers will be grateful for any contribution. The proceeds will be donated to the volunteer organization “Help a hero” for the production of FPV drones). The event will be held in the Zoom.
