Unique IT project – IT House – can now be admired from a bird’s eye view. Panoramic photos provide an opportunity to see the top innovative home for IT professionals, which is being built for the participants of Lviv IT Cluster. The residents can move to this pilot for Ukraine house in 2017 already. The apartment owners represent IT only, and they will receive a number of benefits for new housing.
Among the features of the house, there is a roof with a terrace and solar collectors. The energy from collectors will be used to heat water, so residents can save money on services. The rest of the roof is a terrace with sun loungers, and the residents can also turn the area into a resting zone.

The building will have 72 apartments, and IT professionals have already bought most of them. “Compared with other projects, IT House is accessible from a financial point of view, with creative ideas that motivate such as common areas of the conference room and nursery. What I like the most about the project is the ability to participate in the construction process, and absolute transparency in everything,” says Andriy Frankiv, Technical Leader at SoftServe, a future resident of the house.
“I like the most the project’s concept, the correlation between quality and price, and the fact that the participants themselves directly influence the quality of the final product,” says Anatoliy Dobrosynets, engineer at N-iX, who also bought an apartment in the house.

“I chose IT House primarily because of the openness of all processes related to construction and because the cooperative decides what, how and where to build. Therefore, I know what I invested my money in. The big plus is that I know the neighbors before moving, ” says Pavlo Shevchuk, Senior Software Engineer at Epam.

“We launched the project to develop IT infrastructure and show IT professionals that the city cares for them. I had bought an apartment in IT House because it is a reliable project with a great comfort and nighbors, who share your interests,» said Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster, which implements the project.

In addition, you can now watch the construction of IT House live. More about the project and the benefits of living in the house, on our website.
