Lviv IT Cluster Launches Closed Recruitment Platform IT Studlava

Lviv IT Cluster launches IT Studlava – a closed recruitment platform that will give the community’s member-companies access to the best graduates profiles of the Cluster’s educational programs. IT Studlava will become a powerful recruiting tool for finding young and promising IT professionals since more than 4 000 people have already become students of innovative programs created by the Cluster in cooperation with the city’s educational institutions. The platform is based on the Studlava startup.

Lviv IT Cluster initiated the first bachelor’s program in 2015, and in 2021 programs had their first graduates. In the future, their number will increase, alongside the needs of IT companies for new human resources. Therefore, Lviv IT Cluster has created a private HR platform that will bring together graduates and companies, providing, on the one side, employment opportunities for students after receiving bachelor’s degree, and on the other side – the opportunity for the Cluster members to hire employees with high levels of knowledge relevant for work in the IT-sphere.

IT Studlava includes a basic free STANDARD package and paid packages of such types as Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each company will receive one free basic access to the platform. Paid packages increase the vacancy coverage and the number of potential applications, thanks to promotions on the website and social networks. All raised funds will be used to develop education: 60% – to upgrade the functionality of IT Studlava, and 40% – to support the Cluster’s education programs. The STANDARD package provides the following opportunities:

  • Creating the company profile
  • Publication of 3 vacancies per month (30 days) during the year
  • Receiving letters with applications for vacancies 
  • Sorting applications according to the stage of the recruitment cycle

One representative from each company will be able to register for the STANDARD package. To increase the capabilities on the platform, each company can upgrade its package to different levels. Silver, Gold and Platinum paid packages will give access to all opportunities of the STANDARD package plus additional features:

Silver package has all the opportunities of the STANDARD + 

  • Publication of 10 vacancies
  • Option to invite 1 colleague (recruiter)
  • 3 lifting up of the vacancy 
  • 2 mail newsletters of the vacancy 
  • Highlighting the vacancy in the search results
  • The function of filtering resumes

Gold package has all the features of the STANDARD +

  • Publication of 20 vacancies
  • Opportunity to invite 3 colleagues (recruiters)
  • 5 lifting up of the vacancy 
  • 3 mail newsletters of the vacancy
  • Highlighting the vacancy in the search results
  • The function of filtering resumes
  • Vacancy newsletter in Telegram Bot
  • Company logo on the main page

Platinum package has all the features of the STANDARD +

  • Unlimited publication of vacancies
  • Unlimited number of colleagues (recruiters)
  • 7 lifting up of the vacancy
  • 5 mail newsletters of the vacancy 
  • Highlighting the vacancy in the search results
  • The function of filtering resumes
  • Vacancy newsletter in Telegram Bot
  • Company logo on the main page
  • Individual vacancy cover design
