The project started in July 2017. During this time more than 120 teachers from over 20 universities have undergone internships and obtained new relevant knowledge for further teaching. 47 teachers worked on educational projects, and 6 of them started cooperation with EPAM Ukraine as part of educational projects and programs. “For us, this project is an opportunity to unite teachers who want to develop in their specialization and provide high-quality knowledge to their students, – says Maksym Pocheubut, Head of Educational Programs in EPAM Ukraine, VP on Educational issues in IT Ukraine Association, – The world does not stand still. The most effective way to follow its development is to be in a circle of like-minded people and with the support of practitioners who can help to adapt to the changes”.

Ukraine Choice award during the finale of the HR Brand Award competition. HR Brand Award is a contest of business cases. Participation in the contest allows the market players to analyze new and current trends, and effective ideas as well as to give the opportunity to explore HR tools implemented in the leading companies.
The purpose of the Teachers Internship project is to improve the quality of higher education by creating a community of change agents among university teachers. The internship provides teachers from the leading Ukrainian universities with practical skills and gives the opportunity to raise the qualification level.
The initiators of the project plan to expand its scale, namely, to create specialized web resources, databases of mentors, tutors, trainers, databases of already certified teachers by the result of training.
In the future, the project will involve school teachers.
