In addition to lectures, students selecting this course also receive an opportunity of internship at PLVision with access to the company’s mentors, in order to get the hands-on experience in real-life projects.

In September this year, PLVision has successfully hosted and taught the SDLC course for third-year students at the company’s office in Lviv. The company’s specialists have shared their knowledge and practical advice, covering topics like software development, quality assurance automation, project management, human resource management, and recruitment.
This initiative is a part of our ongoing dedication to the modernization of the IT education in Ukraine,” said Ihor Salamin, Human Capital Director at PLVision. “We are confident that it will open new technology horizons for Computer Science students, allowing them to benefit from our 12+ focus on software development for computer networking with practical application in the enterprise, data center, and industrial networks. With 5G and IoT on the rise, the demand for this technology domain is rapidly growing worldwide.”
In the past years, PLVision’s experts made a significant impact, co-developing innovative computer science programs at major universities in Lviv, Ukraine, together with Lviv IT Cluster. These include the Internet of Things Bachelor’s Program at Lviv Polytechnic University and Data Science & Intelligent Systems program at Lviv National Ivan Franko University. The new course at the Ukrainian Catholic University helps complete the list of top universities in Lviv, covered by the company’s solid specialized expertise. PLVision and Ukrainian Catholic University are members of Lviv IT Cluster.
