The platform allows companies in the IT sector to connect with qualified job candidates and streamline their recruitment process. It is intended to help companies find the best talent in the region and to support the growth and development of the IT industry in Lviv. 

By connecting Lviv IT Cluster member companies with talented students and graduates of the innovative degree programs supported by the Lviv IT Cluster and partner universities, IT Studlava serves as a meeting place for recruiters and young, promising specialists, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

• To create a convenient platform for current vacancies, internship and training opportunities for students;
• To prepare students for future employment and stimulate the development of skills demanded by the job market;
• To promote various forms of online and offline communication between employers and students;
• To increase the efficiency of recruitment, adaptation, and development of students and recent graduates;
• To build loyalty and trust in the “employer-young specialist” relationship.

We understand the impact that full-scale war has had on recruiting in companies and the current situation with job searching and hiring. That is why we want to provide our members with more opportunities to find candidates. Initially, all Lviv IT Cluster member companies, upon registering on IT Studlava, received the Standard package, but now, by the end of the year, we are offering free access to the Platinum package.
