IT Generation is an essential project for Ukrainians, which will allow thousands of our citizens to get a free quality education and acquire interesting and relevant professions in the tech field.
ІТ Generation – an initiative to help Ukrainians get tech profession for free. The project was launched by the Lviv IT Cluster, Ministry of Digital Transformation, and Binance Charity.
The IT Generation project is focused on helping talented Ukrainians find themselves in one of the most promising fields, continue to work and develop Ukraine’s economy and invest in victory and a successful future for our country.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, IT remains one of the few industries showing steady operation and growth. Despite the ongoing war, Ukraine’s tech companies maintain their capacities, fulfill contracts, and continue to work on projects, and therefore need specialists of high qualification levels.
The IT Generation project gives an opportunity to learn a new profession to people who have lost their jobs and want to try IT. At the same time, companies supporting the project can benefit from it and hire the best IT Generation graduates.
IT Generation project is supported by the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Program and the Digital, Inclusive, Affordable: Supporting the Digitization of Public Services in Ukraine Project, implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with the support of the Embassy of Sweden in Kyiv.
