On June 28, Lviv traditionally becomes the epicenter of legendary jazz music and a place where government officials, key IT industry representatives, investors, and international experts gather at Lviv IT Jazz. During the annual business conference, attendees will discuss important economic topics and launch global projects while enjoying the informal atmosphere of the jazz festival. This year, attendees will have a chance to learn everything about the start of construction of the Innovation District IT Park. In addition, a unique for Ukraine investor club Lviv Tech Angels will be presented during the event.
New IT Park design and first future residents
Last year during the conference, Lviv IT Cluster together with investors had officially hosted the groundbreaking ceremony of the largest infrastructure project in Lviv – Innovation District IT Park. In 2019, the official signing agreements with future residents of IT Park – key local IT companies in Lviv, including SoftServe, Intellias, N-iX, Perfectial, GlobalLogic, etc. will take place. The agreements will be signed between companies and one of the investors and developers of the project, the investment and development company Galereja Centre.
The signing of lease agreements is a 100% guarantee that the construction of the IT Park will begin this autumn. The first stage of construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. It will include six 8-story office buildings, an 18-story business center and a separate complex of computer labs of 2000 sq. m, a multifunctional center with food courts, a gym, an entertainment and shopping area. The new design of Innovation District IT Park, which has become even more modern and refined, will be publicly presented at Lviv IT Jazz.
Last year the project attracted $ 180 million of international investments. The investors of Innovation District IT Park are Galereja Centre, Brookfield & Partners, and Horizon Capital.
