The key goal of the new solution is to empower HR professionals to manage the distribution of IT Club cards among specialists and facilitate the use of the platform as a powerful tool for motivating specialists. Let&#8217;s delve into the features of the HR platform and how HR professionals can benefit from it.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IT Club Loyalty is a loyalty program for tech professionals. The service initially launched as a regional loyalty program for tech professionals in Lviv, has evolved into an effective HR solution for the top employers in Ukraine. Currently, the IT Club app is utilized by over 300 tech companies and 30,000 specialists. The program has partnered with over 1,000 brands, offering special discounts and gifts to IT Club Loyalty participants. For users, there is also a Sales section where partners offer unique short-term deals and special offers. In addition to the traditional benefits, the program provides unique features to users, including an offers feed, favorite partners, card customization with your company logo, user-friendly design filters, and categories.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">HR managers, due to the multifaceted nature of their roles, often have a busy workload involving recruitment, administration, training and development, employee relations, and performance management simultaneously. Balancing these multiple tasks can be challenging.
