According to the annual rating of the TOP-100 magazine, Intellias was included in the list of the best employers among the largest companies in Ukraine. Overall, the expert jury evaluated more than 150 applicants.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Each participant was evaluated based on the questionnaire. The 30 finalists were determined by an independent jury following special criteria, including: compensation, diversity and inclusion policies\u2019 implementation, employee loyalty etc. The jury also evaluated the career development system and approaches to personnel development. Company\u2019s values and reputation on the market were another important criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Intellias has repeatedly received awards as the best employer. For many years in a row, the company was named one of the best IT employers according to DOU, the largest IT community in Ukraine. In 2020 and 2021, Intellias received the same title from Forbes Ukraine, EY and MC.Today. Additionally, the company was named \u201cEmployer of the Year\u201d by UCycle twice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Also, the TOP-100 magazine chose the best HR director in Ukraine. According to this rating,<\/span> Roman Gapachilo<\/b>, VP, Talent Management at Intellias, received an award as the best HR director among the professionals of the largest companies in Ukraine. The award ceremony took place during the HR Wisdom Summit, which was held on September 29, 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Applicants were evaluated according to several criteria. In particular, the jury drew attention to the authority of the head in the professional expert community. The influence of HRD on the formation of corporate culture, level of communications, office ecosystem was taken into account. The jury also evaluated the organization of important projects in recruitment, retention and personnel motivation, employer brand strategy and innovative HR projects implementation, as well as the strength of their impact on the corporate economy.
