SoftServe<\/span><\/a>,\u202fa leading digital authority and consulting company,\u202fhas\u202f<\/span>surpassed ten thousand\u202femployees<\/span><\/a>, a significant milestone, as of July 2021.\u202fThe company\u2019s headcount has grown by 26% since the beginning of\u202f the year, thanks to\u202f the \u202fgrowing demand for digital services and expanding customer base.<\/span><\/p>\n

SoftServe has hired 2,820 new associates \u202fsince January,\u202fwith \u202f2,200\u202f being \u202ftechnical experts. Lviv is the leader in new hires\u202f(708), with Kyiv (456), Dnipro (370),\u202fand Kharkiv (362) being the closest\u202f contenders.\u202f In addition to Lviv, the home to SoftServe\u2019s HQ and its biggest development center, three cities \u2013 Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kharkiv\u202f-\u202fhave teams of\u202fover 1,000 people.\u202fThe headcount has also grown significantly in\u202flocations where SoftServe \u202fhas \u202fno\u202f physical \u202fpresence\u202f because of\u202fremote flexibility and\u202fthe current workplace reality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We have already hired a few hundred associates in these cities, and I believe this\u202f will be\u202f the trend that will help\u202fshape\u202fthe\u202fIT industry\u202facross all of Ukraine\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

SoftServe\u202f demonstrates an impressive growth in\u202f the number of\u202fwomen it employs, currently at 34% of\u202fthe\u202ftotal workforce. The rate of women in trainee and junior positions is at 41%, while\u202f 55%\u202f of associates in\u202f PM roles are\u202f female.\u202f 18% of women\u202f employed by\u202fSoftServe\u202f work in \u202fR&D, while\u202f 12%\u202f of female employees work\u202fin software engineering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
