The initiative\u2019s mission is to achieve large-scale social changes globally, rallying businesses around the Ten Principles, including supporting and protecting human rights, eliminating all forms of forced labour, implementing environmental initiatives, and working against corruption.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFor the SoftServe, joining the UN Global Compact initiative is a new step towards building a sustainable business, as well as an opportunity to become part of the global movement of companies that are changing the world for the better future today,\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> noted <\/span><b>Yaroslav Lyubinets<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Chairman of the Board of Directors at SoftServe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SoftServe<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> develops the direction of corporate social responsibility systematically. The company participated in the Hack for Locals hackathon, which aimed to develop creative digital solutions to solve the problems of local communities. This year, SoftServe joined UNDP\u2019s pilot innovation development program <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-create with Locals.
