N-iX is one of the best employers in Ukraine according to Forbes \u2013 number nine among the top 50\u00a0companies and number three among IT employers.\u00a0The rating \u201850 Best Employers in Ukraine\u2019 was created and published by Forbes Ukraine.<\/p>\n

To compile this year\u2019s list, Forbes surveyed 11,675 respondents. The rating was formed using a 100-point scale: employee feedback \u2013 60%, employer market experts evaluation \u2013 20%, and information from open sources \u2013 20%. Each company was evaluated based on employee loyalty, opportunities for career development and compensation it offers, the support provided since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and other factors.<\/p>\n

\nN-iX received 84 out of 100 points.\u00a0<\/strong>The company\u2019s specialists and external experts best-rated work conditions and professional development opportunities at N-iX, fair compensation, and company transparency. N-iXers also displayed a high level of company loyalty \u2013 a major factor in the final ranking.<\/p>\n

Volodymyr Landa, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Forbes Ukraine magazine, defines the purpose of the rating: \u201cIt is not easy to change a job in 2021. Some do it having no other choice, others are prompted by circumstances. In any case, to choose the best job offer, you should assess both pros and cons of a specific vacancy and the company itself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Natalia Makedonska, HR Director at N-iX, commented:\u00a0 \u201cN-iX is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of responsibility. Therefore, in the challenging 2020 year, we managed to adapt internal processes and joined the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. We transformed N-iX offices into shared team spaces and offered the option to choose between office-based, flexible, and fully remote work models. N-iX opened positions for remote candidates to strengthen the team with the best talents from across Ukraine. Owing to these and other important steps that we took, N-iX reached 1,200 professionals and grew by 33% in 2020.\u00a0The high grades N-iX received in this rating is a confirmation that we are moving in the right direction.\u201d<\/p>\n

The list of \u201c50 Best Employers in Ukraine\u201d includes seven IT companies. N-iX is third among them.<\/p>\n

On top of this award, N-iX ranked number four in\u00a0the 2020 list of the best IT companies<\/a>\u00a0by Dou.ua and was selected number three among the best IT companies in Lviv. The rating surveyed 14,615 employees from 1,008 companies.<\/p>\n
