The majority of Ukrainian students note that higher education should be more applied. After all, many students face difficulties when looking for their first job. It\u2019s like a vicious circle: you can\u2019t get a job without experience, and you can\u2019t get experience without a job.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/i><\/i>The international IT company Boosta has been working on educational initiatives for a long time and even created its own Boosta Academy for training in digital professions. But this year, the company expanded its scope of activity and began cooperation with Ukrainian universities. <\/span>Cooperation between universities and businesses significantly contributes to improving professional education and the development of the IT sector in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Boosta has already started cooperation with eight universities, including Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, National Technical University of Ukraine <\/span>\u201cIgor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute\u201d, Kyiv National Economic University, van Franko National University of Lviv, State University of Trade and Economics, Uzhgorod National University, The National University of Ostroh Academy, and National University of Food Technologies since the 2022\/2023 academic year. <\/span>Indirectly, the company also cooperates with other universities through youth organizations STUD-POINT, UGEN, and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, company representatives actively participate in job fairs, give lectures and webinars, and create internship programs. The primary purpose of Boosta\u2019s activity is to improve the professional education and employment level of students.<\/span><\/p>\n
