The full-scale war has brought serious challenges, which we are responding to by the projects and initiatives aimed to support the tech industry and the country. We are looking for a Grants Manager who will make the Cluster\u2019s cooperation with state officials, and international organizations even more efficient.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This position is open for the Lviv and\/or Kyiv offices of the Lviv IT Cluster.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include:
\n<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  • Administration of current grant agreements of the Association, including the preparation of descriptive reports and monitoring of the indicator\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n
  • Preparation and support of project applications and M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) plans.<\/li>\n
  • Consulting on budgeting and budget narratives, monitoring budget compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Consulting the relevant project team on grant policies and grantors\u2019 requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Interaction with M&E \/ MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) grantors\u2019 team.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Supervision of the grant reporting process and compliance with reporting deadlines \/ Preparation of narrative reports for grantees.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Negotiating with potential partners.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Creating long-term partnership relations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fundraising, systematic search\/monitoring of new grant opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Creation of partners\u2019 database and grant programs relevant to the project activities of the Cluster for further potential cooperation.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We really want you to meet the following requirements:
    \n<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Experience in writing at least two successful multifaceted grant applications.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in preparing grant project reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication and negotiations with grant funds.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding the grant lifecycle, the principles of work, and financing of Ukraine\u2019s public organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Responsibility and proactiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Analytical thinking.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Effective communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to plan work independently.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Fluency in English (C1 level).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Law, Finance, and\/or Project Management will be an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience of working in public or international\/donor organizations will be an advantage.
