This is the fourth time Intellias has received <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">this award.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The company was also named the best IT employer in the &#8220;+800 Employee&#8221; category in 2017 and 2018<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This year Intelleias scored a stunning 98% in the General summary, 99% in both the &#8220;Company&#8221; and &#8220;Working conditions&#8221; categories, and 98% in the &#8220;Loyalty&#8221; category.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Such a high ranking in the DOU survey demonstrates that Intellias\u2019 services and opportunities meet the current needs of its team. This year, the company paid special attention to the development of corporate culture and volunteer CSR initiatives, focused on projects in career and professional growth, and supported both mental health and educational projects. Intellias continues implementing its strategy of business globalization by opening development centers in eight countries around the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The DOU ranking <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">began<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in 2010. Since that time it remains free and open for every Ukrainian IT company. In order to vote, the Intellias specialists <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">were required<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to answer 17 questions. The questions were divided into six blocks, namely \u201cCompensation\u201d, \u201cWorking conditions\u201d, \u201cCareer\u201d, \u201cProject (Product)\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d, and \u201cLoyalty\u201d. A 7-point Likert scale was used for estimation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Intellias has been recognized as the best employer multiple times. The company was named one of the best employers according to the EY 2020 survey. The same year, the company became one of the best employers according to Forbes Ukraine. Intellias was listed among five leaders of the national rating of family-friendly companies according to UNFPA and CSR Development Center. The company received The Best Cycling Employer award from UCycle twice.
