Apply for \u00abUkrainian IT Awards\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<article class=\"single-content content\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>June 10 till July 7 is to apply for the Ukrainian IT Awards, which is the annual independent all-Ukrainian IT Contest distinguishing the best experts in the industry. The contest is run by the IT Ukraine Association.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16166\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/become-a-star-apply-for-ukrainian-it-awards_62f81dd1bea59.png\" alt=\"ukrainian-it-awards_web\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"><br \/>\nThe list of nominations includes DevOps, Design, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Research, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Product Management, and IT Education.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Deadline to apply is July 7, 2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The winners are chosen by the qualified jury panel consisted of the leaders of top IT companies and industry organizations. During the first round, all applications will be evaluated. Only the top three candidates in each nomination will be admitted to the second round where they all will be interviewed by the jury members.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Candidates are judged against the following criteria:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp; Project\/Product Evaluation \u2014 applicant\u2019s role on a project demonstrating incredible results as proved by metrics<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp; Best Practices &amp; Industrial Standards Evaluation \u2014 the most effective solutions for dealing with project challenges<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp; Innovation Evaluation \u2014 product\/project innovativeness, its uniqueness when compared with the alternatives available on the market. Jury panel pays special attention to the technologies, frameworks, instruments and unconventional approaches<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Social Responsibility &amp; Community Development \u2014 participation in social projects and experience of founding or developing existing professional communities<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp; Awards&amp;Certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>\u201c<em>Taking part in this contest alone is critical for those who strive to grow as professionals<\/em>\u201d, comments on &nbsp;<strong>Dmytro Vavriv<\/strong>, the member of the jury panel and Expert Committee of the Ukrainian IT Awards Contest. \u201c<em>Before applying, the Members sum up their experience and outline the key milestones on their professional path that might be a deciding factor for winning. The jury panel is made out of proven experts within the Ukrainian market and the feedback they give outline the strengths and weakness of every applicant and help to understand where to move next. Each year, Members praise this feedback for added value.
