Blackpearl Group acquired Ukrainian company <\/span><\/i>NewOldStamp<\/span><\/i><\/a> for $3.1 million. It is a SaaS platform that creates designer email signatures for professionals and organizations to help them promote their services and brand.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

NewOldStamp is based in Lviv and currently has 27 employees. The service has already created 5 million professional email signatures for 3,600 clients around the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The startup joined the Lviv IT Cluster in June 2022. Also, previously the company participated in the Startup Competition at IT Arena.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Volodymyr Zastavny, founder of NewsOldStamp, there were offers to buy the platform from other companies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“The main change is the transition of the company from the bootstrap stage, which is developed solely on our own, to the level of a public company, with greater opportunities and challenges for each specialist in our team. This will allow us to realize our most ambitious plans in the global market.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

We are also joining the initiatives of the Lviv IT Cluster, which brings our victory closer on a higher level. With the help of the Cluster, we managed to hold the necessary negotiations to make the sale happen.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

From the first day of the war, we have been supporting volunteers, organizations, and our employees who are now serving in the Armed Forces. 95% of the team is based in Ukraine, and we plan to further develop our office and additional products here,” <\/span><\/i>commented Volodymyr<\/strong> <\/span>Zastavny<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
