SoftServe holds the second position with its 6333 employees after EPAM. Meanwhile in January SoftServe was the leader in staff employment with growth rate of 954 specialists.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to DOU survey SoftServe is also leader in number of open positions in Ukrainian development centers \u2013 there are 512 vacancies.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">SoftServe is the biggest global IT company with Ukrainian roots, European head office is located in Kyiv. Overall, company`s offices operate in 22 cities on 6 countries. In the end of 2018 SoftServe took the second position among Ukraine`s \u201cTOP IT employers\u201d (DOU). In addition, the company got to TOP 3 employers according to Focus magazine, the list of the best employers according to HeadHunter research and took the leading position in HR rating by Business magazine in \u201cStrategy in HR\u201d and \u201cInnovations in HR\u201d categories.
