The goal of the Founders\u2019 Dialogue initiative is to help tech company\u2019s founders and CEOs establish valuable connections. The platform facilitates the exchange of knowledge, promotes networking among companies of different sizes, and nurtures a culture of mentorship within the community.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEOs from the Lviv IT Cluster member companies are granted the opportunity to converse openly about all aspects of business management here. They can exchange experiences, effective practices, etc. The platform serves as a conduit for 1:1 sessions between mentors and mentees to discuss ways of dealing with business challenges and explore different viewpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the closed platform, CEOs can reserve online or in-person sessions with selected mentors and access concierge services for support. The initiative aims to foster networking among tech company leaders and cultivate mentorship. It was initiated in response to members\u2019 requests during the Lviv IT Cluster Strategy Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFounders\u2019 Dialogue will create a valuable environment for networking among CEOs of tech companies of various sizes and will contribute to the development of a mentorship culture within our community. This project was born in response to requests during the Lviv IT Cluster Strategy Session, and we are delighted to implement such a positive initiative. I would like to emphasize that one of the project\u2019s advantages is that every participant can simultaneously be a mentor and a mentee, as this platform is designed to foster knowledge exchange and expand the network of valuable connections in the tech industry. I am confident that the project will be exceptionally beneficial for all participants,\u201d<\/em> says Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Founders\u2019 Dialogue initiative brings benefits to both mentors and mentees. Mentees can draw motivation, get insights from other top managers within the Cluster community, and avoid common pitfalls. They also can discuss challenges amidst a time of rapid transformation and analyze real cases that broaden their company perspectives. On the other hand, mentors seize the chance to contribute to other companies’ growth while deepening their own expertise and avenues for development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assisting peers in achieving success is an essential contribution to the development of the technological sector within the region. This effort also strengthens Lviv\u2019s tech community as a hub for high-tech companies creating cutting-edge products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
