IT company TechMagic continues to work on developing a culture of donation and has held its third Donor Day.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TechMagic office hosted an on-site corporate Donor Day, a key event of the “Invincibility is in our blood” project. Medical specialists from the Lviv Regional Blood Center and NGO “Blood Agents” representatives helped organize the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The requirement for blood is a daily necessity, and IT specialists understand this. And this time, they have become even more active in supporting the donation initiative. That’s why 5 companies joined the Donor Day \u2013 Leobit, MyCubes, Softsonix, CodeGeek, and bARTsolutions in October. 35 IT employees became donors, many of whom weren’t the first to donate, and they also involved their family and friends in the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 “Blood donation helps raise awareness of the importance of each person’s contribution to public health and help those in need. In the world of technology, we can solve many problems, but beyond our screens, we can also save lives,”<\/em> said Roksolana Gu<\/strong>k, campaign coordinator.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The charity initiative was also supported by partners who prepared gifts for donors. “Unbreakable is in our blood” was part of the “Filling Up” campaign, the slogan of which is “Fill up the blood bank \u2013 be filled with culture!”. The Municipal Cultural Strategy Institute launched this initiative. As part of its implementation, each IT specialist who joined the Donor Day received a certificate to visit one of the cultural institutions, such as theaters, philharmonic, or organ hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the project was supported by the healthy food restaurant “Tomatina.” Each donor received a certificate from the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TechMagic strives to develop a culture of blood donation in the company and, therefore, encourages people to help Ukraine financially and become active ambassadors of blood donation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
