This report outlines the main events, activities, and wins ELEKS team has implemented.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1100\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/sustainability-report-it-cluster.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43093\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2015, ELEKS initiated its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) journey, focusing on making a positive impact. Despite the formidable challenges of 2022, including Russia&#8217;s full-scale war against Ukraine starting on 24 February, ELEKS demonstrated resilience and an unwavering commitment to its specialists&#8217; safety and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ELEKS&#8217; Lviv, Ukraine office played a significant role, amassing humanitarian aid from Poland and other European nations. Collaborating with its specialists, ELEKS initiated multiple projects aimed at the greater good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWe believe that our combined efforts during Ukraine\u2019s toughest moments are essential in building a strong, united and mindful society,\u201d<\/em> shares<strong> Andriy Krupa<\/strong>, CEO of ELEKS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>ELEKS expressed its gratitude to all ELEKS employees and partners who dedicated their time and effort to these sustainability activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Achievements from ELEKS&#8217; 2022 Sustainability Report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Over 50 Initiatives: ELEKS spearheaded and actively participated in more than 50 sustainability initiatives throughout the year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 out of 17 UN Sustainability Goals Met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 2,500 Participants: More than 2,500 individuals, including ELEKS specialists and community members, actively engaged in these sustainability initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 1,400 Volunteers: ELEKS established a global Volunteer Community with more than 1,400 dedicated volunteers contributing their time and skills to various projects worldwide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ELEKS&#8217; Sustainability Report covers the period from 1 January 2022 through 21 December 2022 and reflects the company&#8217;s steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility and its vision of a more sustainable and inclusive future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ELEKS unveiled its 2022 Sustainability Report, following the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards.
