In the first quarter of 2025, Ukraine\u2019s tech exports brought in <\/em>$1,57 billion<\/em><\/strong>. In March alone, export volumes rose by <\/em>1,9%<\/em><\/strong> compared to February, reaching <\/em>$545 million<\/em><\/strong> \u2014 an increase of <\/em>$10 million<\/em><\/strong>. The data comes from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In March 2025, computer services accounted for 42,6%<\/strong> of Ukraine\u2019s service exports \u2014 3,6%<\/strong> higher than during the same period last year, when the share was 39%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukraine\u2019s total export revenue from all services in March this year reached $1,28 billion<\/strong>, which is $28 million<\/strong> or 2,2%<\/strong> more than in February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the second quarter in a row, EU countries remain the leading destination for IT service exports from Ukraine, surpassing the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In March 2025, EU countries generated $205,4 million<\/strong> in foreign currency earnings for Ukraine, accounting for 37,7%<\/strong> of total tech exports. In comparison, the United States contributed $199,9 million<\/strong>, or 36,7%<\/strong> of total export revenues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, in the first quarter of this year, tech exports to the EU reached $601,2 million<\/strong>, representing 38,3%<\/strong> of total tech exports. Meanwhile, exports to the United States amounted to $545,3 million<\/strong>, or 34,8%<\/strong>, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
