Yet one key question remains: what should effective IT education really deliver?\u00a0 Hillel IT School, one of Ukraine\u2019s leading digital skills institutions, set out to explore this through a recent survey of its students and graduates. The results highlight key motivations, concerns, and \u2014 most importantly \u2014 real outcomes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/statystyka-hillel-it-school.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60833\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/statystyka-hillel-it-school.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/statystyka-hillel-it-school-800x450.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Survey overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The study included 787 respondents who studied at Hillel IT School during 2024\u20132025.<br>Participants ranged in age from 23 to 42 and included both newcomers to IT and professionals already working in the industry who chose to upskill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>78% of graduates land their first job in IT in less than six months<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>31% are hired within the first 3 months after completing their course<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>47% get their first offer between 3 to 6 months after graduation<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>22% take more than 6 months to find a role \u2014 most by choice, due to changing locations, continuing their university studies, or combining work with further training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The fastest job placements occur in data analytics, front-end, SMM, internet marketing, full-stack, and QA.
