The initiative will be implemented as part of the M&amp;A Office project.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/vizualnij-suprovid-novini-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61360\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The program is designed for tech company founders who want to maximize the value of a deal, not only financially but also strategically. The accelerator\u2019s goal is to enhance a company\u2019s investment attractiveness, ensure the maturity of processes and functions, and prepare it for future M&amp;A opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative targets companies with teams from 20 to 150+ people who are considering a partial or complete exit within the next 12\u201324 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What does the M&amp;A Ready Acceleration Program include?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A comprehensive company audit: finances, legal status, structure, team, clients, and processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of a clear transformation roadmap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of changes across company functions, with domain experts involved where needed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validation of results \u2014 at this stage, experts verify the achievement of set goals, the quality of implemented solutions, and the updated investment attractiveness.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Our goal is to help Ukrainian tech companies emerge from deals not weaker, but stronger.
