More than thirty representatives from key ministries like Justice, Transport, Finance, and Digital Transformation attended the intensive workshop.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2.-maurinatia_article.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61545\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the workshop was to show how government teams can independently create modern online services integrated with national registries and electronic identification \u2014 using the low-code <strong>Liquio<\/strong> platform powered by AI and developed by Kitsoft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is part of a national project, led by the ITU, to help Mauritania&#8217;s government design, develop, and implement digital government services based on global best practices. This national project is also part of the Global GovStack initiative, which provides governments with essential tools for digital services, including building block specifications, a sandbox for testing (upcoming), communities of practices, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From concept to a working service \u2014 step by step<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During five days, five teams went through the full cycle of creating the \u201cCompany Registration in National Social Security Fund\u201d service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Process Analysis<\/strong> \u2014 reviewing the current (\u201cas-is\u201d) and target (\u201cto-be\u201d) process, identifying steps for automation, and determining which data to integrate from existing registries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Specification Development<\/strong> \u2014 using built-in AI assistants to define the service logic, variables, user roles, and business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form and Interface Creation<\/strong> \u2014 using a low-code builder, AI Builder, and ready-made Snippets, teams created forms for applicants and reviewers, configured document verification, and designed interaction scenarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Working with Registries<\/strong> \u2014 simulating integration with government databases, configuring data submission and processing, and updating records through defined business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extended Functionality<\/strong> \u2014 generating QR codes for PDF certificate verification, setting up automatic user notifications, and managing role-based access permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/3.-maurinatia_article.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61543\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kitsoft team provided participants with step-by-step video instructions, guided and supported them throughout the process. As a result, the participants mastered the system and created a new government service in just five days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;I was pleasantly surprised by Mauritania\u2019s level of digitalization and their thoughtful approach to selecting technology partners. They carefully evaluate who they work with, and this workshop gave them the opportunity to test a certified GovStack solution for free and gain first-hand experience in building govtech services from scratch&#8221;,<\/em> \u2014 <strong>Helen Uvarenko<\/strong><em>, <\/em>International Program Lead at Kitsoft.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not the first international workshop Kitsoft has conducted abroad \u2014 a similar session was recently held in Montenegro.
