Over the course of five months, participants will work on their personal career goals through 1-to-1 sessions with experienced Ukrainian top managers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders \u2014 professionals who will help young talents turn ambition and drive into tangible results.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"628\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/m4s-ukraine_eng.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62025\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentors4Starters Ukraine is <strong>free of charge and will start in November 2025.<\/strong> Applications are open <strong>until October 26<\/strong> on the program\u2019s website: <a href=\"https:\/\/mentors4startersua.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/mentors4startersua.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How the program works<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mentors4startersua.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Mentors4Starters Ukraine<\/a> runs for five months. During this time, each mentor meets with their mentee 4-6 times (online or offline) to discuss professional challenges in 1-to-1 sessions, explore new solutions together, and uncover growth opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentoring culture in Ukraine is rapidly evolving, and demand is growing. At the same time, a new generation of creative and ambitious professionals is launching bold projects and businesses that are changing reality and shaping the future.
