The businesses within our holding are growing actively and steadily, and we have a high pace of hiring. That\u2019s why supporting youth in learning and gaining practical experience is a priority for the company,&#8221;<\/em> says <strong>Maryna Biriukova, <\/strong>PR Specialist at Boosta.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In just the first 10 months of 2025, Boosta has:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Launched its own marketing school<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/boosta-ta-honeytech-zapustyly-marketyngovu-shkolu-marketing-talents-vision\/\"><em>Marketing Talents Vision by Boosta x Honeytech<\/em><\/a>, offering students the opportunity to receive a job offer from the company. Over 250 students participated in the selection process.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partnered with leading universities in Ukraine<\/strong>: KPI, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, DTEU, and DPU.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participated in 12 guest lectures<\/strong>, with Boosta experts invited to speak on various topics including marketing, management, career beginnings, and soft skills development.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Took part in 5 student career events and initiatives.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Boosta specialists are always open to collaborating with educational institutions and are happy to share their knowledge.
