The Ukrainian service and product tech company MODUS X has launched the second module of its customized Pre-MBA program, dedicated to leadership and team management. As part of the off-site session, MODUS X executives visited the Lviv office of Lviv IT Cluster, which served as the starting point of their journey.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, the Pre-MBA program participants met with Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster. He shared his vision of modern leadership models, approaches to building autonomous teams, and the specifics of management in unstable conditions. The meeting also covered industry challenges, new prospects, the development of tech hubs, and key trends in Ukraine\u2019s tech market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The off-site session was part of the systematic preparation of MODUS X leaders to implement the company\u2019s strategy, which focuses on leadership development, team collaboration, and cross-functional cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing the cluster model in action provides an opportunity to understand how the ecosystem functions as an integrated organism supporting the industry\u2019s growth. The team gained valuable insights on the role of leadership, fostering entrepreneurial thinking within teams, personal motivation of a leader, and the specifics of working with different generations of talent,\u201d<\/em> emphasized Yevhen Karpenko<\/strong>, Head of Marketing at MODUS X and participant of the Pre-MBA program.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Pre-MBA program is ongoing and includes thematic modules, practical sessions, work on real cases, and meetings with industry leaders. The meeting with the Lviv IT Cluster team served as the starting point of the off-site session.
