The company develops its ambassador program to help specialists express themselves, share knowledge, and exchange experience.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1008\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/dlya-statti.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62536\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past year, boosters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participated in <strong>30+ external events<\/strong> as speakers and experts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepared around <strong>60 media materials <\/strong>\u2014 from expert comments to reviews and practical case studies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Took part in SMM initiatives, <strong>reaching hundreds of thousands<\/strong> of people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The company supports everyone who takes a step toward public engagement. We assist with speech preparation, article editing, content creation, and also encourage external activity through the internal Boosta Coins currency. Coins can be earned for speeches, articles, interviews, and other contributions \u2014 and later exchanged for merchandise, tech gadgets, or donated to charity via the corporate online shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, we gathered our most active ambassadors for a Thanksgiving Dinner with the company\u2019s owners, where everyone had the chance to network informally on various topics, including personal branding and public speaking experiences. This year, we introduced a gift format \u2014 the Thank You Box. It\u2019s a small but heartfelt way to thank those who make a significant contribution to developing Boosta\u2019s expertise and help grow the company\u2019s brand alongside us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;We believe that public engagement is not just about speeches or articles.
