The IT holding company Boosta summed up the results of this work and shared the initiatives it implemented over the year.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/csr-media-v3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63120\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Supporting Ukraine<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In 2025, the core part of Boosta\u2019s support was delivered through the <strong>Ukrainian Victory Support initiative <\/strong>\u2014 an internal program that has been running in the company for the fourth consecutive year. Within this program, Boosta allocates UAH 100,000 every month to cover volunteer fundraisers initiated by employees and their relatives. Over the year, the team <strong>supported 242 requests totaling UAH 1,261,512.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Thanks to this support, Boosta helped<strong> more than 50 military units<\/strong>, funded <strong>over 40 vehicle repairs and purchases<\/strong>, supplied <strong>25+ drones and UAVs<\/strong>, fulfilled <strong>18 requests for electronic warfare (EW) systems<\/strong>, and provided <strong>15 tactical medicine kits<\/strong> along with other essential equipment.<br><br>In addition to the company\u2019s regular monthly support, boosters also increased the overall volume of aid themselves. Employees donated their internal currency, Boosta Coins, took part in corporate auctions, and joined office item sales. All collected funds were directed to charitable causes and complemented the company\u2019s regular donations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In March, Boosta held the charity conference Boost360\u00b0 Product Edition, raising <strong>UAH 240,000, which was transferred to the KOLO Foundation.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the year, during the New Year event, the team organized a charity auction to <strong>support the renovation of a school shelter in Okhtyrka<\/strong>, Sumy region \u2014 just 32 km from the russian border. The auction featured a wide range of prizes, from Gunia tableware to a vinyl record player and a coffee machine, helping <strong>the company raise UAH 194,052.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, the Boosta team joined external charity initiatives. Boosters participated in running marathons and industry events, including DOU Day. Participation fees from these events were also directed toward supporting Ukraine and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education and Development of Young Talents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boosta continues to systematically invest in the development of young professionals and collaborates with students from Ukrainian universities. For the company, sharing practical experience and expertise is essential, as young talents are shaping the future of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In 2025, Boosta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>held <strong>11 guest lectures <\/strong>across various disciplines at partner universities, including KPI, the State University of Trade and Economics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the State Tax University, and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participated in <strong>five student events<\/strong>, such as Job Expo, Marketing &amp; PR School by Stud-point, \u201cCareer Workshop,\u201d and other students initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implemented the Boosta Punk Grant initiative, founded by Boosta co-founder and managing partner Yaroslav Baklan \u2014 two KPI students received <strong>education grants with a total value of UAH 208,704.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At the same time, Boosta also launched its own educational products.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In collaboration with Honeytech, Boosta launched <strong>the free Marketing Talents Vision school. <\/strong>The program attracted strong interest, with more than 250 applicants registering. Following the selection process, 25 participants began a one-and-a-half-month training program. <strong>Six graduates received job offers from Honeytech.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the year, the Inspirio team (a Boosta business) also launched ASO Academy \u2014<strong> a free course for beginners who want to enter mobile marketing.<\/strong> The program is currently ongoing, and the top students will have the opportunity to receive job offers upon completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Helping Children<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Boosters, the pre-holiday Charity Mykolay initiative has already become a tradition \u2014 an opportunity to unite around a charitable mission and help save children\u2019s hearts. Since 2021, the Boosta team has consistently supported the Center for Pediatric Cardiology at Okhmatdyt Hospital, directing funds toward the purchase of critically important medicines and equipment. Over this period, more than UAH 1,300,000 has been raised, and this year alone <strong>boosters contributed an additional UAH 400,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alina Fedotova, <\/strong>Head of Communications at Boosta, adds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWe understand that social responsibility is not limited to individual initiatives. That\u2019s why it\u2019s important for us to systematically influence the environment in which we work and live\u2014developing both a culture of responsible business and the team\u2019s mindset.
