MODUS X has secured second place among IT service companies in Ukraine<\/strong> in the 800\u20131,500 specialists<\/strong> category of the Best IT Employers 2025 ranking, compiled annually by DOU<\/strong>, Ukraine\u2019s largest industry-focused IT media outlet.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, MODUS X entered the Top 7 of the overall ranking<\/strong>, which includes both service and product IT companies in the same headcount category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, the DOU study gathered feedback from over 13,000 IT professionals<\/strong>, who evaluated 683 companies<\/strong>. Importantly, only employees of the respective companies were eligible to participate in the survey. MODUS X was represented in the ranking by 284 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies were assessed across 19 criteria<\/strong>, grouped into six key areas: compensation, working conditions, career development, projects, corporate culture, and social responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the survey, MODUS X received particularly high scores in several core categories. The company was highly rated for responsibility (91.2 points)<\/strong>, working conditions (88.3 points)<\/strong>, and projects (88.5 points)<\/strong>. These results reflect a systematic approach to people management, a strong working environment, and the team\u2019s involvement in projects that deliver tangible business impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
