They will help to reduce the workload of hotline call centers. Chatbots are available by links: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/lodahotline_bot\">Telegram<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;and <a href=\"https:\/\/chats.viber.com\/lodahotline_bot%22%3Ehttps:\" rel=\"noopener\">Viber<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the help of chatbots, you can find information about:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joining the army \u2013 information about territorial defense and army\u2019s support<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evacuation \u2013 sections \u201cHelp with accommodation,\u201d \u201cRelocation to Poland.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transport<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electricity<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communal services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shelter in the city and region<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will significantly lessen the workload of Lviv civil-military administrations and other institutions\u2019 hotlines and simplify the access to critical and actual information for citizens. For example, in the \u201cCommunal services\u201d section, people can report on problems with street lighting, elevators, gas supply, roof leaks, etc. Information about traffic in the Lviv region, changes in the amount of transport or roots, and contacts are available in the \u201cTransport\u201d section.<\/span><br \/>\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDue to significant amount of calls since 25.02.2022, hotline operators will only proceed requests regarding war, evacuation, threatening life situation, communal services accidents. We kindly ask users to be understanding if they are asked to wait on line. The hotline operator can\u2019t interrupt the conversation with the previous person in order to start a new one. In such case, we ask you to wait or to use a chatbot\u201d, says Lviv region contact center Taras Ropiannyk.<\/span><\/i><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, developers are working hard to launch such chatbots in other regions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SoftServe consistently helps the Ukrainian army and defenders. The company donated 5 000 000 UAH to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and local needs.
