{"id":66978,"date":"2026-06-11T17:13:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T14:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/?p=66978"},"modified":"2026-06-11T17:15:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T14:15:25","slug":"modus-x-presents-the-company-in-your-smartphone-concept-at-the-hr-directors-forum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/en\/modus-x-presents-the-company-in-your-smartphone-concept-at-the-hr-directors-forum\/","title":{"rendered":"MODUS X presents &#8220;The Company in Your Smartphone&#8221; concept at the HR Directors Forum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>On 5 June, at the HR Directors Forum \u2014 one of the key professional events for Ukraine&#8217;s HR community \u2014 MODUS X Chief Commercial Officer Iryna Hodovaniuk delivered a talk titled &#8220;The Company in Your Smartphone: an omnichannel experience for everyone \u2014 from the office to the field.&#8221; The event brought together HR leaders from across the country to discuss leadership in times of crisis, well-being, corporate culture and the future of work.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1278\" src=\"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-2026-06-09t151514.087.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66976\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of the talk was the idea that defines the MODUS X approach to the digital employee experience: the distance between a person and their company should be a single tap away \u2014 not one more obstacle. This is the principle behind DEEP, the MODUS X mobile platform that brings services, communications, documents, requests and feedback together in a single app, available to employees anywhere and in any work format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The central message of the talk was a shift in the very logic of interaction. For years, technology required the employee to take the step forward \u2014 to learn the system, keep up with the process, &#8220;reach&#8221; the company. DEEP turns this model around: now the company comes to the person. And this is a matter not only of convenience, but of respect \u2014 a company that is easy to reach shows that it values the people within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;We created DEEP because technology in business should serve people where they are, not where it is convenient for the system. DEEP is an app for companies that respect every employee \u2014 for companies that reach out to people, rather than forcing people to reach out to them.
