On the eve of St. Nicholas Day, December 18, the <\/span><\/i>Holodomor Museum Foundation<\/span><\/i> invites Lviv residents to the Lviv National Opera for the first charity night \u201cWhat Perished Is to Raise Again\u201d. In November, the Lviv IT Cluster launched its own <\/span><\/i>fundraising campaign<\/span><\/i> on \u201cGrains of Truth\u201d <\/span><\/i>\u2013<\/span><\/i> a crowdfunding platform of the Holodomor Museum Foundation.<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/p>\n

For this charity night, the symphony orchestra and choir of the Lviv National Opera will perform for the first time a monumental work <\/span>\u2013<\/span> Symphony II. \u201cResurrection\u201d by Austrian composer Gustav Mahler. By purchasing an invitation ticket, you make a charitable contribution to the creation of the main exposition of the Holodomor Museum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A charity night at the Lviv National Opera is held to raise charitable contributions to create an exhibition of the Holodomor Museum, which is being built on the Dnipro slopes in Kyiv. The construction of the Museum building is funded by the state government, and its main exhibition is created entirely through contributions from private and corporate philanthropists.
\n\"for-fb2021-12-14\"<\/span>The charity evening \u201cWhat perished Is to Raise Again\u201d will unite all concerned Lviv residents and guests of the city, who with their contributions help to create the exposition of the Holodomor Museum. This Museum will be a manifesto of the invincibility of the Ukrainian people. The exposition of the Holodomor Museum is a new powerful national symbol of the unification of Ukrainians.<\/span><\/div>\n
