Dedicated to the \u201c16 Days for Violence Resistance\u201d campaign, Intellias and FFFACE.ME developed a charitable Instagram mask to draw attention to the problem of domestic violence. Raised money will be used to repair the Women\u2019s Center \u201cWalnut House\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

According to the Ministry of Social Policy, every fifth woman in Ukraine has experienced some form of violence. Therefore, every year, from November 25 to December 10, Ukraine joins a global campaign aimed at preventing and combating domestic and gender-based violence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intellias invites everyone to support the international movement by publicly expressing their position. Post a story using our Instagram mask, which highlights the established phrases that tolerate violence.<\/p>\n

    For every published story, Intellias will transfer 5 UAH to repair the Women\u2019s Center \u201cWalnut House\u201d. Here, victims of domestic violence can find shelter, undergo rehabilitation, and even learn a new profession to restore their financial independence.<\/p>\n

    Intellias specialists will also join the fundraising campaign. They will be able to donate part of their salary to the fund. Or transfer their smarts, Intellias corporate currency, via the internal crowdfunding platform IntelliShare.<\/p>\n

    \u201cWe initiated this project to achieve several goals. First of all, we wanted to remind our colleagues and society in general of non-evident and imperceptible conditions that can lead to domestic violence, and provide an algorithm of actions in such situations. Secondly, we wanted to raise funds and help the \u201cWalnut House\u201d Foundation to fulfill its mission of professional social and psychological support for the victims of violence,\u201d<\/span><\/i> said <\/span>Oksana Chyvurina<\/b>, Director of Talent Marketing at Intellias.<\/span><\/p>\n

    As a part of the \u201c16 Days for Violence Resistance\u201d campaign, Intellias will host a meeting of the company\u2019s IntelliWomen Community, where domestic violence and ways to prevent it will be discussed. Three mentors will support the teams participating in the online hackathon \u201cHack for Locals 3.0: Together against violence.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The company pays a lot of attention to gender equality and women\u2019s empowerment. This year, Intellias became the first IT company in Ukraine to sign Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles, initiated by the UN Global Compact and the UN Women. By doing so, the company joined the global movement for gender equality in the workplace and in society. Since then, Intellias has hosted a series of educational activities, introduced new projects and programs to support pregnant women and families with newborns, and created the IntelliWomen Community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    FFFACE.ME is a Ukrainian studio that creates Instagram \/ Snapchat \/ TikTok filters and augmented reality communication projects for clients from Eastern and Western Europe, North America, and Central Asia.
