Our mission is to expand our partner network across Ukraine and build long-term relationships with businesses that share our values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for a <strong>New Partnerships Manager<\/strong> who will be responsible for attracting new partners to IT Club Loyalty. This is an active sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on prospecting, outreach, and initiating communication with businesses \u2014 from the first contact through to signing partnership agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What You Will Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify and engage potential partners through outbound channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, email outreach, and industry events;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process inbound leads coming through the website and other acquisition channels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct negotiations, present the product, and close partnership agreements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expand the geography of partnerships by attracting businesses from different cities across Ukraine;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and manage the lead and partnership pipeline within the CRM system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Partner Success Manager to build strong and lasting relationships with partner businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who We Are Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, recruitment, or a similar role involving active outreach;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of sales fundamentals, including sales funnels, objection handling, and deal closing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with any CRM system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable with a high volume of communication and able to build rapport with different types of people;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident using social media platforms as a tool for prospecting and partner acquisition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, BDR, SDR, or Account Executive;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genuine passion for Ukrainian brands and businesses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of B2B sales within service-based businesses and media products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A comfortable office located near Stryiskyi Park in Lviv;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous professional development through access to Lviv IT Cluster events, conferences, and webinars;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An L&amp;D program with compensation for professional training and access to a corporate library;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to IT Club Loyalty for your personal use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A vibrant community with corporate events and informal networking opportunities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A culture of ownership where your ideas matter and can be brought to life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full-time position;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working hours: 10:00 AM \u2013 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Office-based work with a hybrid format available after the probation period;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Office location: 3 Ulasa Samchuka Street, Lviv, Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-67024","vacancy","type-vacancy","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vacancy\/67024","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vacancy"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/vacancy"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/itcluster.lviv.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=67024"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
