Professionals who have become mentors of students are invited to join the Mentors Community of Lviv IT Cluster.

This community already has about one and a half hundred mentors from various companies and areas. The Mentors Community brings together professionals who are ready not only to share their experience with the younger generation, but also to learn from the best practices of leadership and effective communication. Participation in the Mentors Community opens up networking opportunities with leading professionals and industry experts.

Mentors have a direct impact on the quality of students’ knowledge and contribute to the development of student initiatives. Therefore, to encourage and support professionals working with students, we initiated the Mentor Support Program.
