Stepan Veselovskyi
Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster. Over the past 12 years, he has been actively involved in the development of the Ukrainian tech industry. He is one of the ideologists behind implementing the Cluster Development Strategy for industries and has helped create dozens of tech clusters in Ukraine. Thanks to Stepan's efforts, the Lviv IT Cluster has become the largest nationwide business association, uniting over 300 tech companies and more than 1,000 founders. Stepan has extensive experience in business development, ranging from company acquisitions to successful implementation of exit strategies. Additionally, Stepan is an Honorary Ambassador of Lviv and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Unbroken Charitable Foundation.
Nestor Shvets
The Chief Legal Officer of the Lviv IT Cluster, who leads cooperation with foreign investors and clients, local authorities and governmental institutions. Nestor Shvetz has significant experience working on changes and proposals to legislation, representing/supporting social and reform initiatives. The Legal Consulting team is not just formally providing services, but above all, focuses on building reliable partnerships based on trust and maximizes involvement to solve the client’s problem. This is how we achieve goals and come up with solutions that help your business thrive. Nestor provides legal support in contract drafting, consulting on foreign employment, and protection of confidential information and intellectual property.

Iryna Rudenko
Iryna Rudenko is the M&A Lead of the Lviv IT Cluster, where she leads the launch and operation of the M&A Office. With over 15 years of project management experience, Iryna specializes in strategic planning, market research, and investor relations. She is also an expert in conducting thorough due diligence, managing acquisitions, and integrating companies. Iryna's work is not just about formal processes. She focuses on building reliable partnerships based on trust, actively solving clients' problems, and offering solutions that help businesses thrive.
Roksolana Yakovets
The Financial Lead of the Lviv IT Cluster with over 5 years of experience in financial management. At the Lviv IT Cluster, Roksolana is responsible for developing effective management financial reporting systems, and ensuring accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making. She expertly manages all stages of the budgeting process, from planning to monitoring and analysis of execution. Roksolana’s role in the M&A sector will involve conducting financial due diligence, structuring companies financially, implementing IFRS, configuring financial and accounting systems, and creating a budgeting process.
