We are currently looking for a Member Success Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (both written and spoken);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and maintain effective communication;
• Strong ability to identify clients’ needs and pain points and provide relevant solutions;
• Well-developed risk management and decision-making skills;
• High level of business ethics and customer orientation;
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and continuously improve the Member Success Process to ensure a high level of member satisfaction;
• Communicate daily with representatives of member companies through various channels, including email, messaging platforms, phone calls, and meetings;
• Coordinate collaboration with internal teams and engage relevant experts to address member requests and challenges;
• Identify member needs and develop tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives;
• Monitor member satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience;
• Prepare analytics, reports, and performance insights.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in sales;
• Experience working with CRM systems.

Additional Information

• Full-time position;
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Hybrid work format available after the probation period;
• Office location: 3 Ulasa Samchuka Street, Lviv;
