On August 19, members of the Lviv IT Cluster came together for a Strategy Session to jointly define development priorities for the coming years. The event served as a platform for planning and open dialogue among the companies that make up Lviv’s tech community.
From Challenges to Strategic Priorities
The session was facilitated by Oleksandra Baklanova, an expert in strategy and change management. Under her guidance, participants moved from discussing current challenges to defining clear priorities that reflect the real needs of members.
The format gave each company space to share its vision for the community’s future while hearing and considering the perspectives of other members. Together, participants identified key priorities and strategic tasks that will help shape the Lviv IT Cluster’s work in the years ahead.
