TechMagic Acquires Polish Company Hitteps — First Completed Deal Facilitated by the Lviv IT Cluster’s M&A Office

The Lviv IT Cluster’s M&A Office has officially completed its first deal as part of its initiative to support mergers and acquisitions. As a result, Ukrainian tech company TechMagic acquired Polish company Hitteps, which specializes in Salesforce solutions.

This acquisition is part of TechMagic’s broader strategy to expand its Salesforce expertise. The company already had experience in this area, specifically on the engineering side, and the acquisition aims to strengthen its consulting capabilities.

The Lviv IT Cluster launched its M&A Office in the fall of 2024 to assist member companies in buying, selling, and merging businesses. The office provides full support, from initial analysis to finding potential partners and closing deals.
