Despite challenging times, the IT industry remains the main driver of service exports. At the end of 2025, GlobalLogic created the book “War-Life Balance” — it tells the story of war and life, technological achievements, and the Ukrainian renaissance. In the book, the company also summarized its activities for the 2022-2025 period.

War-Life Balance: Ukraine’s voice to the world
GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company, unites specialists in 23 countries worldwide. The book is a way to share the experiences of the Ukrainian team with colleagues across all continents. “War-Life Balance” was presented in Romania to partners from Japan, the USA, India, Germany, Poland, and others.
“This book is our heartfelt story, shared from our Ukrainian colleagues to colleagues all over the world. It’s about how resilience is measured not only by the attacks survived, but also by the daily ability to continue working, teaching, and building the future,” comments Anna Shcherbakova, Head of Operations, GlobalLogic.
Productivity and Technological Leadership
Ukraine remains the largest engineering hub in Europe, generating over 50% of regional revenue, and the second largest in the world:
Veteran support
Over 400 specialists from the company are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over 100 veterans have returned to work with the company. To aid their adaptation, a Demobilization Kit has been created, and mentorship support is provided.
Remaining the third-largest IT company in Ukraine, GlobalLogic continues to grow its business and support its specialists. In 2026, the company plans to engage 200+ specialists and new projects.
