We are currently looking for an SMM Manager who is full of creative ideas, knows how to make content engaging, and wants to grow together with the Lviv IT Cluster team.

Our ideal candidate:
- Can work on-site in Kyiv or Lviv and is open to business trips;
- Has at least 2 years of experience in SMM;
- Has excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian;
- Fluent in English at B1 (Intermediate) level or above;
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly adapt to changes;
- Is skilled in time management and prioritization;
- Has creative thinking, takes initiative, and knows how to bring ideas to life.
An advantage would be:
- Experience working in a marketing agency or IT company;
- Ability to use professional equipment (camera, lighting, sound) for filming.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing SMM strategies and planning monthly and quarterly content plans;
- Generating and implementing creative ideas for social media, researching and analyzing competitors, trends, and new formats to enhance the SMM strategy;
- Shooting short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts;
- Editing videos and screencasts for project news;
- Writing copy and publishing content on the Cluster’s and its projects’ social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Threads, TikTok);
- Moderating direct messages;
- Assigning tasks to designers and overseeing their completion;
- Preparing social media analytics and reports;
- Setting up and preparing technical equipment for webinars in Kyiv;
- Providing team SMM support for events such as IT Meets, IT Arena, and other initiatives.

Additional important details:
- Full-time employment;
- Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
- Work is office-based with a hybrid option (office-remote) after the probation period;
- Office work: Lviv – 3 Ulas Samchuk St.; Kyiv – 8 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St. (Creative States of Arsenal);
