From Spreadsheets to Automation: Vchasno Launches a New Business Management Service for SMЕs 

In June, Ukrainian product IT company Vchasno launched Vchasno.Business, a new service for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The platform brings customer management, bookings, payments, finances, and staff management together in a single workspace, helping entrepreneurs replace scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one unified system for daily operations.

For small businesses, day-to-day operations are often spread across multiple tools: customer records are kept in spreadsheets, appointments are managed through calendars or notes, and communication takes place via messaging apps, while payments and finances are handled separately. As a result, entrepreneurs must manually transfer information and monitor several systems at once.

According to a 2025 study by Ringostat, 38% of surveyed businesses reported not using a CRM system. Data from Ukraine’s State Statistics Service further highlights a digitalization gap by business size: large companies are significantly more likely to adopt ERP, CRM, and cloud-based solutions.

Vchasno.Business enables entrepreneurs to:

• manage customer databases and bookings;
• set up automated reminders and communication via messengers;
• accept and fiscalize payments;
• monitor finances;
• manage employee information.

During development, the team analyzed the specific needs of entrepreneurs across different industries: for beauty businesses, key priorities are online booking and customer retention; for e-commerce, financial and inventory management; and for auto repair shops, financial management and service scheduling. Vchasno.Business is being developed with these varied small-business workflows in mind.

The launch of the new solution expands the Vchasno ecosystem, which already provides entrepreneurs with electronic document exchange, payment fiscalization, and tax reporting services — with Vchasno.Business now adding customer management and day-to-day operational tools to that offering.

Going forward, the team plans to expand inventory and payroll functionality and enter new SME segments.
