Boosta among the Top 10 IT Employers for Young Professionalsaccording to the UGEN survey results

Every year, UGEN researches which companies Ukrainian youth consider the most attractive employers. In this year’s survey, 2,024 respondents participated, and Boosta ranked among the Top 10 IT employers.

“Collaboration with young professionals is very important to us, as they are our driving force. The businesses within our holding are growing actively and steadily, and we have a high pace of hiring. That’s why supporting youth in learning and gaining practical experience is a priority for the company,” says Maryna Biriukova, PR Specialist at Boosta.

In just the first 10 months of 2025, Boosta has:

• Launched its own marketing school — Marketing Talents Vision by Boosta x Honeytech, offering students the opportunity to receive a job offer from the company. Over 250 students participated in the selection process.
  
• Partnered with leading universities in Ukraine: KPI, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, DTEU, and DPU.
  
• Participated in 12 guest lectures, with Boosta experts invited to speak on various topics including marketing, management, career beginnings, and soft skills development.
  
• Took part in 5 student career events and initiatives.
