The holding tech company Boosta, in partnership with the product company Honeytech, has launched an educational project — Marketing Talents Vision. This school is designed for those who dream of starting a career in digital marketing or changing their professional path and making their first steps in a new field.

The program will last for one and a half months, during which participants will attend lectures, gain practical experience, work with real cases, and collaborate on team projects. In total — over 30 hours of valuable content, aimed not only at listening but also at immediately applying knowledge in practice.
The strong marketing expertise of Boosta and Honeytech became the foundation for creating this program. For over 11 years, Boosta has been creating, developing, and scaling digital businesses with global potential. Today, it has a team of more than 600 specialists and 15 businesses in its ecosystem. Among them is Honeytech — a product company developing a webcomics platform and producing unique content for it. Just in the past year, the team achieved 10x product growth and now has more than 10 million users. This experience allows them to share not just theory, but real-life practical cases.
That’s why the lecturers will be practicing marketers with years of experience, currently growing the Honeytech (Boosta) team. They have prepared two educational blocks:
The idea for creating the school came from the team’s desire to share the practical expertise and knowledge they use daily in real projects.
Natalia Suminova, Head of Marketing at Honeytech (Boosta) and the school’s initiator, explains the idea behind Marketing Talents Vision:
“We see how many students, young professionals, or those who want to change careers are looking for a clear and structured path into marketing. Marketing Talents Vision is meant to become just that — a platform where you can gain intensive knowledge and test it in practice. And just as importantly: after completing the program, the best students will have the chance to get an offer and kick-start their careers.”
Admission to the school consists of three stages: an application form, a test task with a case, and an introductory interview. This selection process helps find participants with strong motivation and a desire to grow in the field. Applications can be submitted via the link.
