Holding tech company Boosta and Honeytech, a product company within its ecosystem, have completed the first cohort of Honeytech Production School — a free program covering the full cycle of digital content creation for the international market. The training ran for 8 weeks and closed with an offline graduation, where students met Boosta and Honeytech specialists in person.

The program received 400+ registrations, and after a motivation check and a test assignment, 25 participants were selected — screenwriters, producers, directors, creators from film, YouTube, and game development, as well as switchers moving into digital production.
Twice a week, participants went through the full production cycle online — from trend spotting and ideation to pitching, production, marketing, AI tools, and analytics. Practicing mentors reviewed homework assignments and gave personal feedback rather than just a grade. Top graduates got the chance to apply for an offer with the Honeytech team.
Ukraine’s digital content industry is still young, which means the talent pool is small. Companies willing to train specialists from scratch build a talent pipeline for themselves and for the market at the same time. For Boosta and Honeytech, this is a logical continuation of an approach the holding applies systematically: investing in the market and sharing expertise for free. This format lets the company engage motivated people right at the point they enter the industry — and, at the same time, shape what Ukraine’s digital production market will look like in a few years.
Ira Postolovska, Talent Marketing Specialist at Boosta and the school’s co-organizer, shares: “While preparing and running the training, we saw real demand, curiosity, and motivation from the students — they showed up not just to listen, but to do. The feedback we got at the end of the school is the most important measure for us that we’re investing in the right thing.”
The first cohort of Honeytech Production School showed that there are enough people who want to enter digital production through Ukraine — the only question is who’s ready to guide them there.
