Boosta in the Top 10 Ukrainian IT Employers, According to Student Survey

In September 2024, the HR agency UGEN conducted its annual “Best Employer 2024” survey among students and graduates of Ukrainian universities. This year, the IT company Boosta made it into the Top 10.

UGEN has been conducting this survey for three years, helping young talent discover leading companies in Ukraine while connecting employers with their ideal career matches. This year, 1,760 respondents participated in the survey, voting for companies that stand out by various criteria as the most attractive to young professionals, both those without experience and those with up to five years in the workforce.

Boosta continues its collaboration with universities, actively participating in career events, educational and cultural initiatives, delivering guest lectures, and developing the Telegram channel “Boosta for Youth,” where it posts job opportunities and other resources for students.
